solution to the the BX error in blogger

I have been at the recieving end of the common BX-_____ problem with my blog failing to update or upload the previously working template. (thank god i made a backup..:)).A lot of search and trail and error resulted in my miseries ending, much to my bewilderment. Don't know how and why it works and why google/ blogger have failed to recognize such simple tricks. But still that doesnt reduce its efficacy..
follow the steps: for firefox
- open tools>options
- open the privacy tab
- then towards the bottom click on the Clear Now button, a dialog box will pop up asking you what all do you want to delete eg. cookies, cache, browsing history etc.
- make sure you select cookies and cache in this case..rest is optional
- click clear private data now.
to bypass all these steps: just press Ctrl+Shift+delete and you will jump to step 4.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Click Tools at the top of your browser window.
Select Internet Options from the menu.
Select the General tab, if it's not already selected.
Locate the Browsing history section and click Delete.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files If a pop-up window appears, click Yes.
In the Cookies section, click Delete cookies If a pop-up window appears, click Yes.
